As many are.. we were so nervous and anxious about the process of not only finding a home, but also the buying process. Lacie has gone above and beyond to be available practically 24/7, for the silliest questions (that she doesn't make you feel silly for) and really listened to what we needed and wanted. Our realtor in western Washington found lacie as we relocated to Eastern Washington. Lacie was professional, but also human (funny). Lacie is truly the BEST! It took 8 months for my short sale to go through but she was there every step of the way to ensure it went through. All my questions were answered in a very timely manner. Also, when the sellers were supposed to pay for the home warranty and that somehow fell through, she paid out of her commission so that I would have that protection in place for the first year. She was very helpful on getting us the property we were interested in. Answering all emails regardless of the hours or weekends, which we tried out best not to do. When we hit some obstacles with the bank or seller, she helped immensely on working out the problems, which were quickly resolved.
